Hello all, been a while since I have written in this thing, but with the chaos of the holidays who can really blame me...especially with my family lol.
Well the dog show season for this year is over, my last show being "Turkey Circuit" since its a day after thanksgiving. It was a nice show, but didnt have any luck. My up and coming pup Cali, though gorgeous, lost to her older cousin Danny because she was acting like goof, but it was only her third show so I dont blame her. She does atleast know how to hold herself still wherever I place her feet and not move, no matter if I tease her with bait, or step as far as the 5ft leash will let me, she'll stay, which I am pretty impressed with for a pup I have only been working with for two months. Usually staying still is the hardest part for any youngster. I'll have to upload a picture of her soon. Also, Cali's full sister up in Canada is doing amazingly well. She has all her singles for her championship, she just needs her majors.I'm hoping once day he will bring her down to the states and get her American championship, or atleast come to California's specialties.

In other news, just as everyone else for the most part, I am preparing for the holidays coming up. My days have been stuck cleaning, but atleast I am getting paid, and I have still yet to get my family's presents *faints*. But I've had no cash, so I cant really do anything about it. I will just spend all saturday getting my gifts so I can leave with my dad a day before Christmas eve, which I spend with his side of the family, then spend christmas morning with him and his wife and her immediate family, then he drives me back home so I can spend christmas with my mom's small family.
But its not Christmas that I look most forward to, its what happens four days later. For the last several months I have been itching for this day when I hop on a plane to see my long distance love 3/4 across the country so I can spend new years and the rest of my break with him, and the money and all day flight is completely worth it. I've been counting down the days for so long, and I shiver with excitement everytime I think about it. ^_^
